Edison Award 2022

The Edison Award is the most prestigious award given to our employees. The program takes place every two years and celebrates outstanding performance — those who go "above and beyond the call of duty" while living Edison International's values and guiding behaviors.

The 20 Edison Award winners demonstrate innovative thinking and play a critical role in leading the transformation of the electric power industry toward a clean energy future. They demonstrate safety, integrity, excellence, respect, continuous improvement and teamwork and are recognized for being outstanding examples of the best of Edison.

Nominations for the 2022 program were open April 4-29, 2022. Fifty finalists representing their operating units were announced on June 24 and celebrated at a special luncheon on July 22. From there, 20 winners were chosen and announced on Aug. 24. Winners receive a cash award of $10,000 (pretax) and attend a special recognition event on Sept. 24.
