RIGHT OF ENTRY
In some cases, we need access to private property and will work with property owners to get permission — a Right of Entry (ROE) or easement — for undergrounding our equipment.- An ROE grants temporary permission to an entity, such as SCE, to enter and access a property for specific purposes (e.g., inspections, surveys or construction preparation).
- An easement is a permanent property right that allows ongoing use of a portion of the property.
- Learn more about ROE and easements.
DEBRIS FLOW MITIGATION EFFORTS
SCE and contractors will begin installing protective measures in the Altadena hillside area to reduce the risk of erosion and debris flows during rainstorms. Learn more about current mitigation efforts.ADDITIONAL RESOURCES
