Which of the following reduces air pollution?
    1. Car pool or use public transit.
    2. Avoid idling your car’s combustion engine.
    3. Switch from a “gas guzzler” to an electric vehicle.
    4. Take The Pledge to participate in California Clean Air Day on Oct. 6.
    5. All of the above!

High-five if you answered (5)! Clean Air Day is a project of the nonprofit Coalition for Clean Air, which is urging millions of Californians to pledge to take simple actions on that date to improve the quality of the air we breathe.

    Solar Roof
Southern California Edison’s parent company, Edison International, is a sponsor of California Clean Air Day, and is reaching out to individuals and organizations to not only “Take the Pledge” but to encourage these simple actions all year long.

Edison International’s support for California Clean Air Day aligns with its commitment to reduce both greenhouse gases and air pollution through ongoing programs and policies.
